The Gym Group, Aylesbury

Thought I would just write a little about the gym that I work at and also the gym where I train most days, I have visited a few gyms in Aylesbury and elsewhere and for me this is the cleanest, least crowded and also has the friendliest and most helpful staff, these are all key reasons why I decided to offer my personal training services out of this Aylesbury gym over anywhere else.

Lets have a little look at what others think of the gym and what it has to offer for you.
